 HEALTH GUARANTEE, SALES CONTRACT & SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT
 
The following health guarantee is a binding agreement between Bonzer, LLC, referred to as “Seller”, and the identified buyer,  referred to as “Buyer”, for the sale and purchase of one pet Bonzer Australian Labradoodle puppy identified as “puppy.” Failure to comply with the requirements below will void the contract and health guarantee.
 
The Breeder's Responsibility
Seller works to place each puppy in the best fit home based on puppy temperament testing, trainer assessment, and Buyer preference. Seller guarantees the puppy will be delivered to the Buyer in good health. The puppy will stay at Bonzer until they are at least eight weeks of age. Prior to going to their new home, each puppy is thoroughly examined, microchipped, de-wormed (if necessary), and vaccinated by a qualified veterinarian.

The Buyer’s Responsibility
Seller requires the Buyer to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of receiving their puppy.  Buyer agrees to notify Seller via email at bonzerdoodles@gmail.com once the visit is complete. Buyer also agrees to provide Seller with a photocopy of the vet receipt.  Failure to provide proof that the puppy was examined by the Buyer’s veterinarian will void this health guarantee.
 
The Buyer is aware that puppy can have parasites like Giardia, coccidian, or roundworm. Seller does everything in their power to prevent these parasites by putting their dogs and puppies on a de-worming program. Seller requires the Buyer to keep the puppy on a regular vaccination schedule and routine de-worming by a licensed veterinarian. Seller also requires the puppy be kept on a monthly heartworm preventative.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility (after the Buyer receives the puppy-and until the completion of the puppy shots) to keep the puppy away from public places such as parks, puppy classes, and pet stores.  Until the puppy's immunizations are completed, the puppy’s immunity is not strong enough to be exposed to dangerous viruses.
 
The Buyer agrees to provide nutritional puppy food (Seller recommends TLC puppy food), provide indoor living, give daily exercise, and regular veterinarian care. To help protect against hip dysplasia the Buyer is responsible to keep the dog fit at a healthy weight, to not let the puppy participate in activities that involve excessive jumping, frisbee, or running up and down stairs during the puppy's first year of life since this can lead to hip dysplasia down the road. 
 
Seller reminds the Buyer that Australian Labradoodles are very smart animals that need consistent training, attention, and socialization. Puppy training classes are encouraged after the puppy's immunizations are completed.

Buyer agrees to never place the puppy/dog in a shelter- or to re-home the puppy/dog. Buyer agrees to notify Seller in the event they are unable to keep the puppy/dog.

Purchase Agreement
The purchase price for a pet Bonzer Australian Labradoodle puppy is $4000 plus Ohio sales tax of 7.8%. The purchase price includes the puppy priority list deposit of $500. After submitting a Bonzer puppy application, Buyer agrees to a brief conversation with Seller to discuss Buyer's application and give opportunity for Seller and Buyer to ask questions. Seller will notify Buyer via email if their name has been added to the the priority list. Once notified, Buyer agrees to pay Seller a non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold Buyer's spot on the priority list. Payment can be made to Seller via cash, cashier's check, Venmo or Zelle.  The Buyer agrees to pay Seller $1906 when their litter is born.  Buyer agrees to pay Seller the balance of the purchase cost of the puppy ($1906) via cash, cashier's check, Venmo or Zelle when the puppy reaches six weeks of age, two weeks before Buyer takes full possession of puppy. 
If Buyer is unable to pick up puppy on "Go Home Day”, Buyer agrees to pay Seller an additional amount of $50 per day for boarding accommodations.  
 
It is the Buyer's responsibility to arrange travel from Seller’s home to the Buyer's place of residence. Puppies flying out of state or internationally must be accompanied by the Buyer or a Flight Nanny in the airplane cabin. The Buyer agrees to arrange all travel plans and follow all airline requirements for flying with the puppy. The Buyer agrees to choose an airline that allows an 8 week old puppy to fly with the Buyer or Flight Nanny in the cabin. Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, unless travel options have been arranged with Seller at the time of placing a reservation fee. 
 
The Buyer agrees to enroll puppy in 30 days of Medical Pet Insurance. The Buyer agrees to submit confirmation of enrollment via email to bonzerdoodles@gmail.com within three days of taking puppy home. 
 
The Buyer allows Seller to use any photos of the puppy that Buyer posts on Bonzer Australian Labradoodle's family page, Bonzer Australian Labradoodles social media pages, or shared directly with Seller at bonzerdoodles@gmail.com for the purposes of reposting and sharing on Facebook, Instagram, their website, YouTube or in any manner they choose. 
 
Two Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Seller provides a two year health guarantee against any serious genetic illness that affects puppy’s quality of life. Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of transfer of ownership to Buyer. This health guarantee is void if the puppy has had improper veterinarian care, been involved in excessive jumping or running up and down stairs, had inadequate diet or exercise, becomes overweight,  or has been over or under vaccinated under the Buyer's care.

Seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice before a replacement is made. After these requirements have been met, the Buyer may choose a replacement puppy from any of Seller's upcoming litters , as available.  A purchase price of 1/2  ($2156) will be refunded if no litters are or will be available. Under no circumstances will Seller pay or assist in paying veterinary expenses after the puppy is purchased, including any expenses directly or indirectly related to any inheritable/genetic defect. Seller does genetic and health testing on all breeding dogs prior to them entering the program, therefore, Seller does not foresee this to be an issue. 
 
The Seller makes no guarantees in regard to the loss of the dog due to accidental death, theft, sickness, cancer, or any other loss beyond the Breeder's control.

Spay/Neuter Agreement
Buyer agrees to provide an emailed photocopy or scan of vet receipt showing proof of spay/neuter. Buyer agrees to provide Seller with such documentation prior to puppy's turning one year of age. In the event a veterinary evaluation deems it impossible by that date, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller via email at bonzerdoodles@gmail.com, at which time all other conditions of the contract will continue.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that Seller has received verification that spay/neuter surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by the date above, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the contract.
 
By signing below, Buyer agrees to the terms of this document, as follows:  I agree to have this puppy spayed/neutered by the time he or she is 12 months old. I understand that this spay/neuter agreement is an agreement that this puppy/dog will NOT produce a litter of puppies, either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding. If the puppy is not spayed or neutered, I will return the puppy/dog to Seller with no refund, or be charged an additional $7500 for breeding rights plus an additional $3,000 per puppy born. 

Limitations of Seller’s Health Guarantee
This health guarantee is between Seller and the Buyer as listed, and does not transfer ownership. By signing below, Buyer and Seller agree to the terms and conditions of this legal and binding health guarantee, purchase agreement  and spay/neuter contract.
